Byfolk is student housing in beautiful old buildings in the middle of Copenhagen, run by Copi. You get a home of your own and a community of other students.
We have homes in Islands Brygge, Frederiksstaden, Nørrebro, the Latin Quarter and Frederiksberg. See them all under Locations.
Anyone enrolled in higher education in Copenhagen can apply for a home.
Every home is furnished and has its own bathroom and internet. Most houses have a shared kitchen, a common room and bike parking.
Yes. We host shared dinners, Friday bars and events, and the common rooms are always open.
Join the waitlist under Live with us. We’ll contact you when a home becomes available.
Your name, email, phone number and the locations you’re interested in. When you’re offered a home, we’ll ask for proof of enrolment.
Because you get a well thought-out home in a beautiful building, a central location and a community that makes it easy to settle in.
The rent covers internet, water and heating, plus access to the shared spaces. Electricity is billed by use.
Yes, our Superior homes have room for two. Just mention it when you join the waitlist.
You can live with us for as long as you’re a student, and up to six months after you graduate.
