Out of the ordinary student living
Byfolk is a place to live, study and be together. You get a base of your own while becoming part of a lively community with room for everyday life, new friendships and quiet study.
We create student homes in beautiful old buildings in the middle of Copenhagen.
From warehouse to student housing. The transformation has begun.
