Out of the ordinary student living
We want to create surroundings you can be proud of. Beautiful, functional spaces where you can be yourself, invite others in and feel that you live somewhere thoughtful.
Byfolk is run by Copi, which has many years of experience with housing in Copenhagen. We know the city, the buildings and the students who will live in them.
Out of the ordinary student living. Beautiful buildings, well thought-out homes and a community that makes the city your home.
